Designed for efficiency

The Audi Q5 55 TFSI e quattro¹ is equipped with technologies that offer you additional comfort and support an efficient driving style. The standard hybrid management system automatically selects the optimum operating strategy for you. As standard, you start electrically in EV mode. The combustion engine is then switched on depending on the situation. You can also use the operating mode button to select Auto mode for fully automatic hybrid mode and Hold mode for holding the existing charge status. While driving, the optional predictive efficiency assistant⁵ ensures the optimum use of electrical energy. Using the navigation data, it calculates the route profile ahead of you. Using an optical signal and a pulsation in the active accelerator pedal it indicates early on that you should slow down – for example, before a steep hill.
